Welcome to all of this week’s new subscribers to The Link Tank®️ newsletter; my newsletter always focuses on the practical: Real, implementable strategies to increase your LinkedIn ROI, sometimes focusing on the what but always focusing on the how!
Nothing is more frustrating than having an issue and not knowing whom to contact or how to contact the fastest.
With this in mind, I have researched and collated all the Support Forms that LinkedIn offers into a single list for you to save should the unfortunate moment arise when you need one!
Here’s a rundown of the top 10 LinkedIn lifelines you need to bookmark:
🔗 LinkedIn Help Direct Support: This is your go-to for immediate assistance, be it navigating the platform or troubleshooting: https://lnkd.in/eaeMs42

LinkedIn states that you can update details on a case you submitted or make additions to a case you didn’t originally submit.
➡️ If you’re the original submitter AND you can access the primary email used to create your case
➡️Go to that email account and reply to the message from there.
If you’re the original submitter, but you CANNOT access the primary email used to create your case
➡️ Check your Support History:
➡️ Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
➡️ Click Help Center.
➡️ Click View your cases from the Me icon on the top menu bar.
➡️ Click the subject line of your inquiry, review the details, and update if needed.
If you can’t find your case in the Support History, create a new case, making sure to reference the case number in your comments.
As per LinkedIn guidelines, do make sure the primary email address listed is an address you can access.
If not, click Sign Out under your name in the top right corner of the page and then try creating the case again with an email address you can send replies from.
