Nothing is more frustrating than having an issue and not knowing whom to contact or how to contact the fastest.

With this in mind, I have researched and collated all the Support Forms that LinkedIn offers into a single list for you to save should the unfortunate moment arise when you need one!

Hereโ€™s a rundown of the top 10 LinkedIn lifelines you need to bookmark:

๐Ÿ”— LinkedIn Help Direct Support: This is your go-to for immediate assistance, be it navigating the platform or troubleshooting:

๐Ÿ”— LinkedIn Company Pages Support Form: If you manage a company page, this link is indispensable:

๐Ÿ”—LinkedIn Events Support Form: If you run any LinkedIn audio / live / external events:

๐Ÿ”— LinkedIn Sales Navigator Direct Support Form:

when it all goes wrong and you’re locked out of your account ๐Ÿซจ:

LinkedIn states that you can update details on a case you submitted or make additions to a case you didnโ€™t originally submit.

โžก๏ธ If you’re the original submitter AND you can access the primary email used to create your case

โžก๏ธGo to that email account and reply to the message from there.

If you’re the original submitter, but you CANNOT access the primary email used to create your case

โžก๏ธ Check your Support History:

โžก๏ธ Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.

โžก๏ธ Click Help Center.

โžก๏ธ Click View your cases from the Me icon on the top menu bar.

โžก๏ธ Click the subject line of your inquiry, review the details, and update if needed.

If you can’t find your case in the Support History, create a new case, making sure to reference the case number in your comments.

As per LinkedIn guidelines, do make sure the primary email address listed is an address you can access.

If not, click Sign Out under your name in the top right corner of the page and then try creating the case again with an email address you can send replies from.
