Meet our founder, Melanie Goodman 

With a strong foundation in both Economics and Law, I bring a unique combination of analytical and strategic expertise to the dynamic world of LinkedIn training and social media consultancy. Qualifying into Allen & Overy LLP, gaining invaluable insights into high-stakes business environments!

In 2005, I relocated to Switzerland, where I transitioned from law to business development and social media marketing. Over the next eight years, I honed my skills within a large international law firm and a prominent financial services company. These roles allowed me to combine my legal expertise with innovative strategies, particularly in leveraging social media platforms for growth and engagement.

My achievements in these roles have been recognised with four prestigious Citywealth awards.

Today, I specialise in LinkedIn training tailored for both individuals and corporate teams. My sessions are designed to empower professionals with the tools to optimise their profiles, enhance their visibility, and engage meaningfully with their networks.

Additionally, I provide guidance on employee advocacy programs, helping organisations amplify their brand messages through their workforce; I also assist businesses in developing and implementing social media policies that strike the right balance between compliance and creativity.

I have a keen interest in maintaining high levels of client care so whether you are a small business who requires engaging content and business generation or a large international organisation requiring an employee advocacy program, I ensure that the strategy employed by us is suited to your needs.
